Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had to get a wheel alignment and oil change on the afternoon of Sunday, July 2nd. For whatever reason I must've invented in my head that the whole thing would take about 30 min. I was so wrong lol, it's like an hour which makes way more sense. Anyhow, after Firestone I was going straight back to my house to test/sell a jetski, then way out of town for the 4th, so still had to drive all night. And because of my own little fantasy world, I almost blew the whole carefully timed plan. Luckily, the two guys working up front that day were cool, knowledgeable, funny, & totally on top of the rush I did to myself. I wish I remembered their names! Two great guys who also saved me some money that day too! I think my mechanic was Bill & he also did great because no tires getting shredded to their early deaths. I didn't get a chance to really talk to him but thank you! But def the guys up front were the reason I got out w enough time & had lots of fun waiting instead of panicking. Really wish I

I do not recommend firestone for your car maintenance. Last year I had my oil changed and they did not completely tighten my filter and I drove 3,000 miles before realizing my car was leaking oil. When I brought it back they did redo the oil change free of charge but at the next oil change 5,000 miles later I found out they tightened the filter so tight it broke the ring around the filter and was causing oil to leak.This is completely unacceptable and I will not be back! The Toyota dealership did send me a picture but I do not know how to add it to the post. Service: Oil change

Chris and Logan stayed late to address and issue that came up while getting a routine oil change. Very efficient kind and obviously care, as they stayed more than 30 minutes past close to make sure me and my kids had our vehicle for the weekend. Service: Oil change
