Discount Tire

Things did not go as planned last couple weeks but Jax and the whole team went above and beyond to make things better. I don't consider myself as a person with patience but the team did great job. Feel very blessed to have them around our neighbors

Brought my Pilot in because I've always had great service. I believe DJ worked with me. I informed him I wanted a balance since the dealership didn't do one. He examined my tires and basically said nothing would fix my issue (sounds I heard). He explained a balance or anything would fix my issues. Basically, I needed nothing. He could have went on and on and try to upsell me something. Nothing. I told him to do it anyway and I bought the lifetime balance deal. I use Discount Tire in Murfreesboro, here, and Cool Springs. Great, honest service. You'd be nuts for not using these guys. (The balance and air fixed what I was hearing, lucky)

My wife and I both ended up needing two new tires on the same day, and Noah was able to assist us both. He was very efficient, quick, kind, and helpful. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything and he informed us about potential discounts and future promotions. We will definitely be returning to this location for our tire needs.
