I came in to Quick Lane to get a oil change on 2/14/20. I asked for full synthetic oil and they put in synthetic blend. And they told me they put in the right oil. They told me they were giving me a discount. What they told me was a lie. I work over the road in my van. I have found that I cannot trust Ford’s Quick Lane to do what I asked them to do. I had to stop at another Ford dealership and get another oil change sooner than I had planned.
Got me in and out quickly when it looked like it was going to be a long wait. Derek was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you! Service: Oil change
I scheduled my appointment for oil change. Waited 2 weeks. Got there 15 min late. I was told I’ll have to wait at least 2 or 3 hours. Such a waist of time. Horrible customer service. I will think twice if I’ll buy another FORD just because service sucks. After years owning ACURA never been treated this way.
