We had replaced some parts that were under warranty, they worked directly with the vendor we purchased them from and made the exchange for us and then only charged us for the labor to install. They provide a great estimate on work. Then they go over the vehicle and send a report for anything additional and this is done online. You click what you would like and approve. It is rated also to provide if it it needs immediate attention or can wait. They even drive me to work and pick me up.
