If I ever have the unfortunate need for repairs, I would bring my vehicle here in a heartbeat. I received exceptional customer service from everyone involved. Prompt responses throughout the entire process. From the front desk to repair managers and management themselves. I dealt with Jeff, and the manager Josh with my repair correspondences and they were extremely helpful and professional. This shop went above and beyond what they needed to do in order to ensure I received top notch service. They dealt with the insurance company, who were trying to make things difficult (of course) and made everything right for me. Can not recommend them enough.

Amazing experience!!! Hendricks Collision fixed my car to perfection and the customer service was exceptional. Toni is the first person you see and she is great..she guides through the process and is very helpful and kind. Jeff was my service advisor and he is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind. They did a fabulous job of fixing my car back to brand new. We had our vehicle in for repair a month ago… The staff was very accommodating. The tech who worked on our vehicle was outstanding!!! Zach Hall did an amazing job!!
