Crossroads Ford of Apex - Service Department

We moved 45 minutes away and still try to make it out for any service we need. If you get in early enough, it’s never too long of a wait. They are usually spot on with a wait time, if needed. The guys are always friendly too. For us, it’s still worth the ride out.

I had a great experience at Quick Lane this past Wednesday! I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, when I was told I had somewhat unusual wear on my tires. They recommended an alignment test and I thought here we go! But my test came back in the normal range and they didn’t recommend a realignment. They were completely honest with me! Bryan and staff were excellent! I had scheduled maintenance and Bryan contacted me prior to the date ensuring we knew which Crossroads Ford facility we needed to take our RV to. We arrived per the schedule and Bryan met us in the parking lot whereas we discussed what was going to be done and an estimated time of completion. During the service on the RV, Bryan continued to update us via text messages allowing us time to return and pick up the vehicle. Great service and great team!
