Quicklane Tire & Auto of Apex

Had a nail in a tire on my brand new truck. Called Wednesday and they had to order the tire. Showed up after work Friday and it took the advisor longer to get it approved than it did for the tech to mount and balance the tire. I was worried about the painted wheel getting scratched during the process but I couldn’t even tell they touched it.

Update 10-27-23: Seems things have gotten better for this place. Trying to get into the dealership for an oil change is ridiculous and they always want to send us here. Customer service has definitely improved overall. Customer service rep was rude. Wouldn't look up from the computer. No eye contact. Service was quick (We made an appnt) When told the car was ready.. Handed us the keys and we had to hunt for it behind the building. They didn't reset the vehicle oil life as well.. Won't be taking my vehicle there anymore.

I have been here before for a tire issue and they fixed it at a reasonable price. I went back for what I thought was a similar tire issue (tires not filling up with air) only to be met with “Are you even filling them up correctly?” by the representative doing my intake. It was said in a very misogynistic tone. I told him my past experience thinking it was something with the seal, and he didn’t believe me still (even though it’s in their records). He called me later to say he filled up my tires with no issue. I drove the car off the lot with the tire pressure light still on, thinking maybe it would go away after driving a little. It’s still on. Nothing was resolved. I suggest taking your business elsewhere, especially if you’re a woman.
