They turned a bad experience into an easy one. My new car (less the 3,000 miles) was hit in Colorado. We fited it locally upon our return home. I had a great customer experience at Caliber Collision. The key reason for this was my Customer Service manager Kevin. Kevin handled all affairs with my car from start to finish. It started with a fair and thorough estimate of the repairs I wanted done. He dropped me off at the house when I left my car. There were some necessary adjustments to the estimate that I had questions about. Kevin took me into the shop where my car was torn down and walked me through the changes. The car was delivered early and nicely detailed. Kevin was shining my new rims when I drove up. He walked me through each item that was completed to my satisfaction. I paid my bill and he drove the car to my house for delivery. Kevin was outstanding and made all the difference in my experience. Thank you Kevin!

Caliber did a perfect job repairing our car. The quality of the work was outstanding. They took extra steps to make sure that the finish matched the existing finish so that you can’t see where the existing car meets the repaired portions. Walked us through everything they did when we picked the car up. Had the car done about five weeks before the original estimate. Most of all I liked how they updated us with progress on the claim and repairs, sometimes on a daily basis. This level of communication is not always found in service industry companies these days. Quickly answered any questions we had. Worked seamlessly with the insurance company. Very grateful for all the work they did, the quality with which they did it and the level of communication and professionalism they exhibited.
