Scheduled an alignment online a day in advanced, I arrived on time to drop off my vehicle, and an hour later it was done and ready for pickup. Quick, convenient, professional, and overall satisfying experience for the service requested.
I have been a customer at this Pep Boys several times over the last few years and am always satisfied. The guys at the front desk are always friendly, welcoming and keep me informed about the cost and progress on my vehicle. I also appreciate the email and text updates on my car, keeping me connected until the job is completed.
Auto care in Seattle is just getting really too expensive. My oil change has doubled in price from just 1 year ago. The good news is Pep Boys always puts out some nice coupons to help you out with any number of things you might need done. Great service throughout. The guys always communicate well and I'll continue to go there because of them. Took off a star because my appointment that should take 45-90 minutes took 3 hours and 15 minutes.
