Wish it could be 5. In April, had rear brakes wear and one seize after going too long. Brought it in and repair was prompt and well done, and the price was - not cheap, but definitely reasonable, and I was in/out in less than three hours. If the experience stopped there it would have been 5/5 Called in on Monday 6/26 at Noon to schedule a secondary fix regarding a worn wheel bearing, and the person who picked up the phone was rude and hostile (I literally just said hello, my name, make and model, and that I wanted to see about getting work done), to the point that I am now shopping around elsewhere to get this repair and future service. Overall extremely happy with the quality of work and my first set of interactions was good, but whoever answered the phone today, I don't know if they were having a bad day or were slammed but they clearly decided to take out frustration on me. Manager (Ken), was outstanding with his customer service skills. When I arrived, he noted my cane, and said “we’re gonna get your cat right in…) I didn’t request this and it was greatly appreciated. I was offered to visually inspect the repair with the service tech, we found a brake line fitting loose with a drip. Took less than 15 seconds to tighten. Highly recommend this location . Oil change took 2 hours. Cost: $103.21 ‘Check engine’ light was still on when I left. They mentioned nothing to me when I paid. When I called back I was told the light had nothing to do with the oil change. I said, “I would assume that since the lights still on now, but I would have loved to have been told if your diagnostic computer found an issue when I paid?” I give them a “C”.
