On 12/07/23 ( yesterday), I took my 2004 Toyota Highlander to the shop for inspection which had many issues & needing repairs. Mr Alex Hernandez was so Honest & trustworthy, he did his best to bring down the cost & give me the best possible outcome and quote . The service was done very efficiently & fast , Alex provided me with shuttles dropping me home & picking me up to get my vehicle. I had the maintenance light come on, and reached out to Koons where I bought my car and the maintenance agreement they offered. They fit me in almost immediately and gave my car a thorough treatment as a 67,000 mile check up. It took less than two hours, and incurred no additional charge. I can report having a great experience with Koons Tyson Toyota while purchasing a used Mazda CX-5. The Sales, Trade negotiations, and the Finance Associates were friendly and treated me with respect and fairness. I would use this dealership again if I'm looking for a used car in the future.
