I purchased a 2018 RS5 from this dealer in July of last year. Initially the experience was good. However, A week after I purchased the car, I was notified that the car had an active safety recall. The recall showed up on the carfax however, the salesman Matt Ryan assured me the recall had already been addressed. He clearly lied. Two weeks after paying $67k for a vehicle, I had to drop it off to be repaired. 7 weeks later and many phone calls giving me the runaround later, I was finally able to enjoy the car. I was hesitant to purchase the car due to it being vinyl wrapped by the previous owner. But I decided to take the chance anyway. About 4 months into ownership, I decided to remove the wrap and just leave it the factory paint exposed. It didn’t take long to realize that the paint under the wrap was completely destroyed. It appeared to have some damage that was pulled out using paintless dent repair but the clear coat and paint were absolutely melted from some type of machine polishe

After purchasing five cars, I had my fair share of dealership experiences. We’ve had experiences with Hinda,Mercedes,Toyota. This is my first Audi and my first time getting it serviced and was by far the worst experience. I called to make an appointment and explain to them everything that was going on. I was already stressed because my car was leaking water from inside which has never happened and any of my cars. I explained to the person on the phone everything that was going on and she booked my appointment.
