Audi Tysons Corner Service and Parts

I had a flat tire and went to Tysons Audi without an appointment. Lucy checked me in and was super helpful. She checked on my tire and wheel protection plan which had unfortunately expired. However she was able to find the tire that was still under road hazard protection. She was able to fit me in and get the tire taken care of. It was all much easier than I had expected it to be. I booked an appointment for an emissions test. I was quickly greeted by Sam who took care of servicing. After my vehicle passed the emissions test, it was given a courtesy wash and I was on my way to work. This was a great first experience with Audi's Service Department and I look forward to the next one. Highly recommend.

Zero stars. I certainly don't recommend them. They should perform services correctly in reasonable time or at least inform the customer that they won't. They had my car for 3 days. My service person knew I was leaving town & needed my oil leak repaired, but it wasn't. I called to state I need my car & I would arrive to take possession of my car in a couple hours, & of course it wasn't in the service pickup area. So, I had to request for it again in person, & wait for it. Additionally, screws were left loose, & at least two fell out.
