I’ve been twice now, for oil changes, inspection, general maintenance, and my partner has been several times for oil changes and mechanical issues with an older car. Very professional service, great communication and transparency, no price gouging or unnecessary upselling. On my last visit, I also asked the service advisor about either diagnosing or long haul towing a Chevy I have with a bad engine. He quickly advised against working on it due to the Eco tech engine being highly unreliable and connected me with a tow company that was able to tow it 100 miles the next day. Really stellar customer service. Ive had a number of bad experiences at other garages in town, so we only use Wallace now. HIGHLY recommend, especially if you drive a Honda. I have been using Wallace for many years. You schedule when you want to take it in. It can be done on line. Their work is excellent! They know what they are doing. I absolutely trust them.
