I needed new front brake pads and called around. Everyone was so high. On a whim I called NTB, which is now Mavis. Spoke to Wayne. Very good at his job. He makes you feel you are the most important person when you speak with him. He worked out a great deal for me! Very pleased with this new turnaround. Try them out! You won't be disappointed!
Although it was an unexpected car service/repair it proved to be a good experience. These gentleman were knowledgeable and courteous and told me what needed to be not only this initial visit but toward what car services to come. This visit was the beginning of a lifetime NTB relationship for my car needs. Thank you guys. Vee
I used this location for a basic tire install job, but they made several mistakes - sending me back to the shop multiple times. The experience was shocking enough that I reached out to Mavis corporate, but didn't get resolution there either. Yikes.
