I have a warranty company and they accepted them with no problems. They got me right in and got the vehicle diagnosed with no issues. It was a timing belt tensioner issue and were able to get the whole timing belt kit covered by the warranty company. I didn't have to pay anything besides tax (which I wasn't supposed to have to pay). And even with the tax issue, they gave me a gift card in the amount of the tax. Great people to deal with!
Great service !!! I got 4 tires for my car and I was in and out in less than an hour Thanks Pepboys Team for the excellent service and for being prompt and Tia (front counter) is awesome, very friendly and professional
We trust Pep Boys with maintenance for both of our cars . They have completed multiple services including state inspection, brake service, AC system diagnosis and fix, fuel system cleaning, spark plug replacement on the same day and have done an excellent job!
