Big O Tires

They are soooo good! Friendly and honest! They changed my tires and did the state inspection. Price is also affordable. The staffs are friendly and helpful, I highly recommend!

Spent over 1k on 4 new tires. Tires are fine. I asked them to inspect the vehicle (the reason I was getting tires) and they told me they would try but may not have time. I had a prescheduled appointment. They did not do the inspection - in spite of the fact that the car was on a lift for 2 plus hours while someone went to get the tires (its a car with 30k miles on it, a VA inspection would literally take like 10 minutes). Additionally, they left my rims and new tires covered in grease. Not a huge deal, but when you spend that kind of money on something you expect the little things to be done.

I called Big O Tires on West Broad Street (RVA) this morning to see if I could get my vehicle inspected. Per the manager Kevin, informed me that he could get my vehicle inspected today. Let me tell you!!!! Big O Tire was soooo clean and the manager, Kevin, was so polite! ???? Mr. Kevin got me in and out in no time! I really appreciate your business Mr. Kevin! ????????
