It's a good thing I buy tires every couple of years. That should give me enough time to forget about this experience. I'm pretty sure the employees ignore the online scheduler system.
To the manager of the tire center: Just quit, you failed. Literally the worst customer service in the auto industry. I wouldn't trust you or your crew to tie my shoes, let alone change a tire.
Love using this website because it is very easy to use and there's always tons of options. The prices typically can't be beat and the quality is always top notch.
