Karl Malone Service Center

I have taken my cars into this place for repairs for over 15 years. It used to be a nice place. They have gone down hill fast. In the waiting area they turn the tv up way too LOUD! They keep it set on an annoying game show. There is no way to turn the volume down or change the channel. ???? This is worse than chinese torture! I will never return to this place!

Karl Malone service and parts has always been great. They back up their service and have been professional every time. I even had a radiator that started leaking a couple months after they put it in and no questions asked they put a new one in, no charge. I have never felt like they were trying to gouge me in pricing or add services I didn’t need. Highly recommend!

The check engine light appeared on my 2008 Toyota Prius, so I scheduled a service appointment online for the following day at Karl Malone Service Center. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and at a fair price. I had excellent communication from my service advisor, Carl Erickson, who was great to work with. This is a very professional organization and well run. Overall, I would highly recommend this Toyota service center and give high marks to Carl Erickson. Service: General repairs & maintenance
