Been using MBDraper for nearly ten years now (in Lindon too, their previous location). Never had any issues at all with the quality of repairs or parts—*always* done right the first time. Never had to take a car back for the same problem. When there were issues related to scheduling & troubleshooting (once each) they’ve always accepted my feedback and I’ve seen marked improvement next time. I really enjoy working on my own cars, but I’m excited to have a high-quality, brand-centric location to take my Mercs for the jobs I don’t want to do! The service department at Mercedes Draper has been an absolute nightmare for us. We took our sprinter van in over 2 months ago for a couple fairly minor repairs. 2 months later and over $6000 in repairs our check engine light is still on and the van is still having a problem that wasn’t even a issue before we took it to them. They have told us no less than 5 times that it is fixed and then we pay the bill (again) and minutes later check engine light back on and the van has no power. One of the times they told us we could take the van for the weekend because they hadn’t been able to even look at it all week. So my husband picked it up and went to drive it notices something seems off. He pulled over and opened up the hood. All sorts of wires and hoses were dismantled and unplugged. Apparently someone had “looked at it” but had not put it al back together and they let us drive away with it like that. They have gone weeks at a time without returning our calls or texts and with no updates
