It took awhile for them to detect what was going wrong with my vehicle. Once they got it figured out, they were quick to get it fixed and back to me. Great communication back and forth with the technician while it was at LHM Ford. I had not received anything yet saying there was a recall, however Ford knew of the recall & also fixed it at the same time, saving me time from having to bring it in at another time. Overall I was very pleased with LHM Ford & will continue to take my Ford there for repairs & routine maintenance. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had an appointment Tuesday for some simple maintenance with the understanding the car would be completed the same day. I received no call on Tuesday the car was finished. I called Wednesday morning as was told the service manager in charge of my car was off Tuesday and it wasn’t worked on. They ensured me my car would be completed Wednesday. Again I didn’t receive a phone call Wednesday upon completion. I called Thursday morning and was told they were still working on it. I pressed for a commitment that it would be finished Thursday as these were simple service items. After not hearing anything all day I called to check the status. The car was completed and not on anyone’s list to reach out to let me know. They were two days late completing the service based on their SLA and had no urgency to get my car returned when finished. I rented a car Tuesday for this service and had to extend it two days based on Larry H Miller Ford not having any sense of urgency or fail stops in place when

I had issues with my Ford explorer when I was visiting Draper. I took it to Ford Lincoln, Draper, Mr Richard Sánchez was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, he deserves the 5 stars, Thank you Mr. Sánchez, I was able to make it to Texas without incidents.
