Dropped off truck to have Toytec/Radflo 2.5" ultimate adjustable coilover lift installed. Coilovers were replacing a more economical Fat Bob's Garage coilover lift that was set to 3" of lift. I was very clear that I wanted to replace the old lift and maintain the same height. I also had them install Toytec Boss rear shocks with reservoirs. Coilovers were not height adjusted at all after being installed. My front end was noticeably lower than before leaving my truck with this shop. My alignment was off and I suspect that a proper alignment was never done. There was a lot of play in my steering wheel when there hadn't been before, and the truck would wander if I took my hands off the wheel. Additionally, if I hit a bump the steering wheel would jerk back and forth where it didn't before. Expressed all of these concerns when I brought the vehicle back for retorquing - was told there was no issue and it felt good to the technician. Was referred to this place from a local body shop. They screwed up when I setup appointment times on two different occasions with wrong times and wrong days. Then they went on to blame it on something and/or someone else. I was just trying to get my trucks bed lined. Pretty sad that something so simple and easy can’t even be done correctly. Very poor customer service. Glad I went elsewhere.
