Helped me out with last minute servicing. Walter & Amanda helped me get my alignment done and my brakes checked the same day where everyone else I called had me wait weeks for appointments. Their service helped me drive safe after a crazy pothole knocked me around and had me drifting.
Showed up Sunday afternoon with no appointment for a set of tires and Walter was able to get me squared away with a full set quick fast and in a hurry amazing service 10/10 would recommend
My main priority is always taking care of my vehicles that I own. So, I had some vibration in my steering wheel and decided to visit NTB today. Mr. Ed Mallard who assisted me getting my vehicle checked in customer service ethics was exceptional and he was very knowledgeable as well. He made sure my vehicle was throughly checked and I was very happy with the services overall. Thank you. ????
