Service Street Auto Repair

I have a 2019 truck that started having intermittent delays when pressing the gas pedal which progressed one morning to not responding at all, when being pressed. I had the truck towed to service auto repair and told them that my truck app said my throttlebody malfunctioned and needs to be repaired. We told them and instead they said that their computer codes were saying the gas pedal sensor is what needed to be replaced so I was charge $600 in diagnostic fees and labor fees as well as parts for the repair, yet within 24 hours of taking my truck home it again had the same problem except this time when I was driving, it would completely turn off on me so we had it sent back to the shop. They almost charged us for a new diagnostic fee which is almost $200 and told us that even though we had taken our truck home for just 24 hours, the new repairs were unrelated to the original repairs, and we were now being told that the throttlebody needed to be replaced which is what should’ve been repa

My wife just left this place. All she went in to do was a wheel alignment and they offered all these recommendations and took more than 2 hours to do the alignment. They didn't provide the wheel alignment sheet of what was the previous alignment and what the new alignment was after the service was completed. My wife called to get the sheet; they said their machine doesn't print one out. Thats unheard of. I will not ever be going back to this place.

I got a Vehicle Inspection for my car. I received a flyer in the mail, so I called and they took me as soon as I arrived. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to others. Glenda
