Pep Boys

I had appointment to get a tire patched and the oil changed for 10 am. They immediately took the tire off and then the vehicle set there for over an hour. Finally at 11:15 they changed the oil. I didn't get out of there till 11:40. That's 1 hour and 40 minutes for a simple tire patch and oil change. They took care of one appointment after mine, in front of me. I wouldn't recommend going there.

Tommy is awesome as well as rest of the Pep boys team who were here working on Labor Day. I needed to replace a tire that got bolt in it this morning. I came in thinking I was going to need to replace two tires as just a rule of thumb. After looking at my tires, Tommy assured me I only needed one. My tires were only a few months old. Thanks Tommy!

Took my vehicle to Pepboys after being fix at another place.Pepboys did everything to fix what the other place did wrong. Ethan was the representative that took care of me. He was professional, helpful, respectful and his customer service was impeccable. When he said I will calm you back he called back kept me informed and never missed a beat. Thank you to the whole team at Pepboys in humble. Awesome job!!!
