My husband and I have had excellent customer service at this location. Both for our personal car and fleet car. Ethan is an exceptional employee that takes pride in service and communication. Highly recommended!
Took my vehicle to Pepboys after being fix at another place.Pepboys did everything to fix what the other place did wrong. Ethan was the representative that took care of me. He was professional, helpful, respectful and his customer service was impeccable. When he said I will calm you back he called back kept me informed and never missed a beat. The guys at the shop were great! My daughter's car had a blowout and the tires were from PB's, with road hazard. It was late when I got there but the technician stayed, even though he was leaving when I got there, and did the tire swap super fast. He even loaded it up foe me to get back and get my daughter back on the road. Thanks guys!!
