Caliber Collision

This is not the first time I've used Caliber unfortunately, but it has been the best experience. Sam is absolutely amazing!! Her smile and bubbly attitude was infectious. She kept me well informed on the process of my truck without having to inquire. My truck looks great!! Also, the receptionist was the kind of person any company would want their customers to be greeted by. She was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversations. Thanks everyone at Caliber for making this a great overall experience. Hopefully, I won't need you again but, if I do there will be no hesitation.

My daughter car was in hit and run accident. I had her car taken to Caliber in Memphis TN. The poor communication is frustrating. The car was there 9 weeks then I was informed that the shop would have to check specs to see if car could be repaired. I asked why this process was not done when car was 1st received. I got angry and demanded that GM return my calls. I found out the shop didn't have required equipment ect. Unsure what was true or half true. My insurance company was able to get required information after 9 weeks waiting. Unfortunately car listed as total loss Caliber should have been able to provide information about issues with repairs to me and my insurance without taking 9 weeks. I would not recommend this collision center. The lack of communication is terrible.
