The cashier stated it would take 3 hours to get an oil change. I said ok. I guess they thought I was going to say never mind. Service only took an hour. Another person came in and were told the exact same thing. Customer service skills needs more attention because they’re deterring away customers.
Poor customer service. Workers act like they don't want to do their job and assist you. Won't be returning
