Discount Tire

Discount tires has been our secondary go to for tires. In the past the staff was responsive, accommodating and adequate. On occasion, Costco would have difficulty when circumstances called us to turn a vehicle around quickly. Discount Tires was able to fill requirements by getting the tires needed quickly. Recently on the boss's favorite vehicle a 1998 GMC with 275 R15 tires Discount Tires Hacks Cross answered the call. "John" took whatever steps to get those tires and the vehicle in for install late the same day. Wonderful! By chance, I had six tires sitting on a rental trailer. I visited this location this past monday and was charged 157 for one tire. Upon leaving when my vehicle was ready, i checked tire that was to be serviced only to find a used tire that looked as if it was loosing air was put on. I went back inside and informed employee who came out and told me the tire looked like that because the ground wasn’t leveled. After going back and forth with him pointing out wear on tire and lowness to ground, he finally stated the wrong “size” tire was put on and sent it back to be fixed. I had to wait another 30 minutes for that to be completed.

I came in early morning on a Monday needing a flat tire repair. First off, they opened their doors at 7:45 even though their sign says they open at 8. The check in process is we effortless and efficient. She got everyone’s name, number, and problem. I was called in order in a timely manner. The guy was very nice and professional. We went outside and took a look at my tires. We came back in, and he gave me an estimated time of service completion of 9:15-9:30. To my surprise, they had me finished at 8:45! We went over the service repair, and they had my vehicle parked right out front ready for me. Excellent service with a great workflow and great team. I’m so appreciative! What started as an off Monday morning, turned into something positive. I will definitely be using their services again.
