I witnessed a Firestone employee last name ( Thompson ) get into my car (2015 hellcat challenger M6) turn right onto hacks cross road and drive recklessly( with no seat belt on) speeding doing well over the speed limit on a public road with no regard for safety or law enforcement, heading south bound towards 385 - so I pull out my phone and tracked my car and it showed it traveling at a high rate of speed on interstate 385 he then exits onto Winchester road and brings the car back after his 10minute joy ride as he pulls into the parking lot he puts the car in neutral while it’s coasting and revs it as if he had been at a race track …he showed no respect for the customer or the customers car through his actions. My visit at Firestone was great, and the process of getting checked in was perfectly done. The tires I needed for my vehicle were at another store, and Mr. Stovall went to pick them up immediately. Since it was so late when I came in that day, I had to wait for everything to be finished. I was called immediately after the car was finished to pick it up the next morning. I really appreciate Rick Stovall, Service Manager for his professionalism and expertise. I just wish the price was a little cheaper. I am now a new customer and referral source for Firestone.

Very short handed on the employee side. Wait time ⌚ is shameful. Customer service is good, but no complimentary refreshments like other locations.
