Walmart Auto Care Centers

Seriously, Google... You did NOT just ask me about Walmart Auto Care! These folks walk around like they have glue on the soles of their shoes and cold syrup in their trouser legs. Dropped my old pickup off for an oil change at 7:30 am. Thought I'd do some shopping while they serviced the truck. 45 minutes later, they still hadn't pulled the truck into the shop. And now the lot is full. I canceled the service - got it elsewhere in under twenty minutes. Now, as for the inside of the store... They had only one register open with several customer with full baskets already in line. I don't do self checkout, not without an employee discount. After all, I'd be doing their job. I should reap some of the benefits. Altogether, the Madison location lost a $40 truck service and another $80 sale inside the store. C'mon, Walmart. You can do better than this!

I arrived at 4:45 pm informed there would be an hour wait agreed. It is now 7 which is the time they close. They have a very nice older gentleman doing majority of the work and he is not the fastest. If you come here make sure you drop your car off and dont have any time expectations. I gave them a 1 star simply because I could not give them a zero.

Very satisfied with my visit! QUICK service. Took less than an hour. (Started on my car around 2:30 on a Friday. So take that into account.) Reasonably priced for me, too! I came for two front tires for my 2010 Toy Corolla and Chris took care of me and answered all my questions. There was a young guy, I believe his name is Woody who came to give me updates about something with my hubcap, lug, or rim. (Not sure what it’s called. ???? I know very little about it.) but it was potentially going to break and they wanted me to know what was going on and answered all my questions. I’m on the road traveling for work and a bit scared and tired and they made sure I was at ease and taken care of. Super thankful for them! ???? When you come, just remember to be patient and if you don’t understand, just ask questions. He never made me feel stupid for the questions I asked. lol I hope you come when Chris is working. Older man with a soft voice soothing voice and great with customer service!
