Tire Discounters

Arrived for an oil change at 9:17, after calling at 9:14 to make sure they could fit me in. Was told they could get me right in, if I came right away. I think 3 minutes is pretty “right away.” Somehow that process took until they called me at 11:24, to tell me the car was ready (I thought an oil change, fluid check, brake check and tire check would take much closer to an hour). Was advised I needed 4 new tires. Which was fine. Somehow THAT process took until almost 2:30 (3 more hours?!). The people out front were nice enough, but you can’t convince me, at all, that 5+ hours for an oil change and new tires is reasonable. Sounds like they need new people doing the actual work. Won’t be going back.

Do not bother making an appointment. Meant absolutely nothing. I have been sitting here for 2 hours for 1 single tire replacement.I see 5 employees standing around chatting. Update: 3 hours......I like alot of people work 60 hours a week with 1 day off. These are hours taken away from me spending time with my kids. This is why I made an appointment to be in and out. This is ridiculous do not come here. I'm not the only person in waiting area. 1 woman here has been waiting 6 hours for a battery that is 15 mins down the street the employee said. Funny I watched 2 employees leave to go get tires but 1 can't go get this womans batteries????

Junior and the rest of the staff at Tire Discounters went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a pleasant one. They have definitely earned my patronage in the future, and I highly recommend them.
