Firestone Complete Auto Care

On short notice this location took great care of me and my family. I will be switching from years at the local pep boys to this location of Firestone. I look forward to doing business with all of my family vehicles.

I have used Firestone exclusively for 20 years. First of all they are courteous. They tell me the problem and offer to fix it or put it in priority if it's multiple problems. I don't run around to different mechanics. I know when they pull my information up they will see I'm a long running and loyal customer. They are nationwide. Anywhere I go. I run their tires exclusively on all my vehicles. I'm on the road a lot. I get a LOT of flats. If my tire is wrecked they replace it. They always patch from the inside. Firestone gives me confidence to run used vehicles. I'm a solid believer in Firestone.

I usually love this location. I needed air in my tire, and the person working the front desk at 8:00 am on Sunday 1-15 was very rude. He came outside and specifically told me “How do you expect me to put air in your tires from way back there”, instead of giving me a proper direction on where to go. A simple instruction to pull my car up to Bay 1 would have been fine.
