Pep Boys

I highly recommend the Madison, TN shop. I drive an older Subaru Outback which seems to create problems with certain shops when it comes to getting tires aligned. This shop has never said a word and never had an issue...which tells me something about the other shops!

I have visited this Pep Boys multiple times. They've done so much for me, I've never felt they tried to sell me a service I didn't absolutely need, and when I did need it they'd help me out so I could afford it. I left always feeling like my car was safer after leaving here. I don't remember the names of all four guys I've spoken to there, but Tyler always greets me at the front with a smile and helpful attitude. I will use this Pep Boys as long as I live on this side of Nashville. Thank you ❤️

Compliment - Taylor, who I believe was the manager on duty today gave my partner and I an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience today. She was extremely kind, courteous, and it was abundantly clear that she genuinely cares about the customers here. She is absolutely the type of person that you want representing this company.
