Service King Collision Madison (Now Crash Champions)

Went there got and estimated for a ding in my car and a little orange paint on the handle over 1,200 dollars. The person who buggy hit my car company paying for the bill, called made apptment for a Thursday no response or text so called Wednesday called to see when Im supposed to bting my car in stated over book would have to reschedule in the mean time the company called wanting to pay the bill told them I had no apptment didn't take payment. Was told this by Doreen who works there, called again and made apptment three weeks out now day before apptment left message about scheduling problem would have to reschedule . Terrible , terrible,terrible service and rude !!!!

I had a very pleasant experience getting my care repaired by this place. They made the effort to keep me well informed on th progress and were extremely efficient in every aspect. Would definitely recommend to family or friends. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My mom told me this was a good place to get my car repaired... They started fixing it, then said they "found" more damage. So they totalled it and when I came to get my stuff out some of it was missing. They stole my $300 custom floor mats... I'll never take my car there again. Service: Body & Trim
