This was my first time here. I came in for brakes. I must say, am so impressed with the entire experience!! The moment I arrived I was greeted by Emily, who was incredibly sweet. She was very professional and kept me updated with the progress. I called several places and Woodie’s was the best price!!! I will definitely be back and I will recommend to everyone!!!!!

Had to be towed off the interstate due to alternator failure. The tow truck company recommended I take it to Woodies and I’m glad I did! They started working on my truck the day it arrived and had me on my way the following day. They do offer a shuttle service in case you need to be dropped off or picked up. The staff is Awesome! Super nice people running this shop.

I checked in my 2019 F150, as I was waiting for my ride in the customer lounge I heard my truck start. The boy floored my truck, sped through the small parking lot and then peeled out my tires around the corner approaching the garage bay. Obviously upset I approached the service check in, she was very sweet and apologetic. The manager Karl, sat in his office and did not even acknowledge the situation. I demanded my keys back immediately and left. Very sad, myself and all of my coworkers went there however none us will return.
