Jenny & Chris were EXTREMELY helpful in obtaining a New Catalytic Converter replacement for my 2012 Honda. Very patient with questions that I had, and helped out tremendously in ordering the part for me. Great people to work with, been using them for years. I do all my own work on my vehicles, and this location always goes above and beyond.

I came into this location on 8/6/23 upset, tired and confused because I had a blown fuse in my car that wasn't fixed properly by the dealership. The gentlemen at this location were not only extremely helpful but extremely patient as I figured out how to explain what the problem was so they could help me find the fuses and tool I needed. I must have come in and out of the store several times while going back and forth with someone from the dealership, but they didn't seem to mind answering all my questions and helping me figure out which fuse needed to be changed so that I wouldn't have to risk getting rained on again while driving home with the window down. The store itself was very neat and things seemed to be organized well. I left with the knowledge and ability to change my own blown fuse and feeling alot better then when I first entered.

Although I came in with a pretty basic request I want to give a huge kudos to Christian C. Very helpful and informative! Took the time to explain the differences between the products available to make sure I was all set, but was also personable enough for it to not just be a transaction. Keep it up!
