Quick lane at Huntersville Ford

Went to the quick lane service to get an oil change. Was the first in line and was checked in at 7:02am. The bronze oil change package was completed and my truck was run through the car wash. There was no additional work done on the truck. I did not check out and leave the dealership until 9:50 am. The work was done and the truck runs great but almost 3 hours for an oil change service is excessive.

Not happy with the service at this location. Paper work states work that was not done. Also car went for service with the airbag light on; in and out with nothing mentioned about it. All interest was in trying to sell you recommended services and system flushes.

I would put 0 stars if could. I called on a Thursday to get an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation for Friday morning. I was told there would be no need for an appointment for that service and that they had the “quick lane”. I arrived at 9:30 Friday morning and was told it would be a 4 hour wait time. My actual service didn’t take long at all and I was happy with the work that was done.
