I've had problems more than once occurring each time I go, so hopefully your location can restore its reputation with more training for its staff. I can only share what I have experienced on my side and I hope someone higher up takes its seriously. The main example is I came in for just an oil change and I found out they were also trying to rotate my tires. I may also add their idea of a tire rotation is switching the fronts from left to right which is a poor management on the dealerships part to make sure these techs know what they are doing. I am very particular to who services my truck and I had been patient each time I found something wrong when coming here. I've thought a few times that they are just having one of those days but I am not convinced this is the issue anymore. I am convinced now that you have inexperienced techs working on the weekends.
