I always take my van to this location. I was there today and reminded of when I have an issue there is no where else I will take my van. They are always friendly, and listen to what I'm relaying to them. Most importantly I fully trust them, especially Tim. I highly recommend you take your car there. friendly, timely, and trustworthy!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I’ve been taking my car here for a while. Last time my oil was changed i’m not sure it actually was. My light came on again after a few days of driving it, but i was told the person never reset my oil light. Two weeks ago i took my car and was told my rotors were bad and needed to be replaced. I was also told since I purchased brakes not too long ago they would warranty out my breaks that were previously bought, but now it seems like my brakes are scraping the ground. I’m going to take my car back tomorrow to get checked out. I’ll recommend for small issues but for anything major I will just pay the extra money and take my car to the dealer.

How this place has anything above 1 star is beyond me. Had a 1 o'clock appointment...2 o'clock comes and truck is still sitting out front where I parked it at. What's the point of appointments if the waiting time is the same as a walk in?! Guess business don't care about the customer or the customer experience. Ridiculous. The Hispanic dude that works in the front is the worse. 2nd time he has checked me.. the 1st time he said "oh I thought u was dropping it off" meanwhile he saw me sitting in there the hour and half I was waiting and today "they got backed up" Employees follow the managers lead though so no wonder why this place has gone downhill Service: Steering & suspension repair
