My first time going to Mavis and I’m never going anywhere else! Such friendly and knowledgeable staff, Ryan was very helpful as I have no idea about cars. He and his manager were so good and explained the process to me from start to finish. I wasn’t expecting that :)
One of the worst shops in town. Went in for rear brakes at noon. They kept my truck overnight without calling. No update, nothing. Got front brakes on another vehicle I own and it’s already making a sound after 6 months. Just went in for an alignment, their computer couldn’t work. Can’t seem to go in an actually receive quality or any service. Never coming back.
This place was great! Super friendly and helpful service. Ask for Keaton and Tyler, they’ll take great car if you! Julio is one of the mechanics, he took care of my brakes — overall great experience. I recommend to anyone in the area for quality service.
