Absolutely dreadful experience! I wasn't even at fault for the accident, yet they initially slapped me with a $400+ charge. When I requested an itemized bill, they stumbled to explain the charges. After a back-and-forth, they dropped it to $268, still without a clear explanation. It's baffling! Then, they revised it to $188, citing parts, but it was not communicated to me and I NEVER consented to paying for parts. It seems like they're sneakily adding costs. Always demand an itemized receipt and avoid overpaying. Even the director was no help, he never even apologized for their dealership trying to charge their customers more money. If someone from Hendrick corporate reads this, I'd appreciate reaching out to me.

Very professional, very organized. The best I have worked with. Michael & Hannah kept me informed of the progress on the vehicle on a regular basis. I checked out with Amy. She was precise but so sweet to work with. The car was brought around for my review and pickup. The car was washed and the workmanship was beautiful. Hendrick collision will always get my business!

I had a great experience with Sean, Michael and Hannah at Hendrick Collision Center in Concord. They coordinated with me at every step of the process and also worked with the insurance company to get the proper level of coverage that I deserved. The end result was a “like new” vehicle that’s a joy to drive again. I hope I don’t have another wreck but if I do I know where I’ll go for the repair!
