Service King Collision Derita Rd (Now Crash Champions)

I was on the defensive when I walked in..this claim with Geico and all their touch points has been very frustrating and not smooth. Felt like I was rushed to go with this location because not many bodyshops in my area would take a Geico assignment. I do have to say my defensive was not warranted and the staff at Service Kind Derita was very welcoming and in my frustration came a day earlier and was very helpful and knew how frustrated I was and assured me they would take care of the car and even help me with a rental car. I will add additional comments once I am able to review actual work. Great customer service on intake and explained everything and heard and wrote down all my concerns...one being I'm not driving around in a two tone car. Get the paint right....

Good body work but poor customer service. Had to return to have them unload the trash they left in the back of my covered pickup bed. Had to ask for the return of a couple of shackles that were on my old bumper to hook trailer safety chains to. Found the tailgate latch was loose, fixed it myself. The lady in the front office will hardly allow you to complete a sentence without interrupting.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional! Left my car unattended for three weeks. They waited three weeks to take a look at my car and conduct their own repair estimate. Their excuse is that they had a lot of cars to repair, but that was not communicated to me when I initially sought their services. Besides, even if there are many cars to repair, they owe it to the customer who entrusted them with their car to conduct a repair estimate. To add insult to the injury, I was getting updates via text reassuring me that they are working on the repairs. They even texted me saying the repair is almost done and provided me with a pick up date. That was far from the truth! I do not recommend them at all!
