The service is extremely slow. It should not take ALL Day to get an oil change and 2 filters installed. I was there from 9:45 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. I was given a time and it still took an additional 2 hours longer. Management and technicians may need additional training on less talking and more working. Consider the customer's time. After all, that is the reason you all have jobs.
I had a nail in my tire and Mark was a great help, took my car in 30 minutes before close which I appreciate so much, they worked quickly and were honest and straightforward which I respect.
I had a great experience at the Pep Boys on Arbor Creek Drive, Mark assured me that my vehicle was in good hands and it would be ready for pick up same day before close. They hand the tire I needed in stock at an affordable price too. I will definitely be returning for any other repairs I may need! Thanks again to Mark and the Pep Boys Arbor Creek crew!!!
