Caliber Collision

The headlight (front passenger side) that was replaced by this auto repair shop doesn’t work. The code was active when it was returned to me so to say they didn’t see it would be a complete lie. The car didn’t have this code when I dropped it off for (to be very frank) cosmetic repairs. Oh and guess what? My car died, days later to what I assume was a dead battery. I also did not get a low battery code upon picking up my vehicle and I was told everything was “fine” because they “did an inspection”. Very very suspicious and honestly laughable. So now I get to take (ahem TOW) it to a mechanic to have the battery replaced and the headlight/blinker bulbs replaced and who knows what else they might’ve messed up. Sure my cosmetic stuff looks fine for now. But it’s been a week so time will tell after I wash it for the first time. Anyways: Billy did great with customer service. Took my car here after it was stolen and wrecked. The entire team was very professional and helpful. Billy was amazing to work with and kept me updated with the progress of my car constantly. Answered any and all questions without hesitation. Billy went above & beyond and made sure my car was detailed to remove all of the glass and debris from the theft.
