RGX Rim Repair Charlotte

My daughter hit a pothole this past weekend and managed to bend the inner bead on both the right front and rear OEM Alloy wheels. I began searching the internet to find replacements but also looked into having them repaired, although I felt as if they were beyond repair. I found RGX Rim Repair just 4 miles away from my job, so I thought I would at least get their opinion before I scrapped them. They not only told me that they could be repaired, they had it done by the end of that same day. Unbelievable!!!

This was a very easy process: I called and provided the initial information, received a text asking for the photo of the damage, which I provided. Shortly thereafter I received the quote and was able to accept the next available appointment (two days later in this case). At the appointment, I filled out a little bit of paperwork and after two hours (the scheduled appointment length) I received my car back with the curb rash taken care of beautifully!

My badly damaged rim required some love and attention after numerous curb rash incidents. My rim looks beautiful and the repair was affordable. The staff and crew are kind, accommodating and professional. Thank you RGX
