Amazing staff. They are always very informative and helpful. They keep my Benz running great. Definitely recommend servicing your vehicle here. They are also very good at sending reminders and offering coupons.
Anthony and Charles were so helpful!!!!! Anthony was very knowledgeable and diligent with his work. I was in and out in 30 minutes! I appreciate Charles for his customer service and keeping the customers in the waiting area happy! Overall, good experience.
I've used the same Grease Monkey location for a couple years. Although the staff changes regularly- the service has been constant and satisfactory! I drive a 2004 Chevy Tahoe with over 178,000 miles on it so I get the high-mileage oil. I've had three oil changes there so I qualified for a free one on my last visit! That made my day!!!
