Mark & their team were very helpful in diagnosing an issue that had sadly been caused by another shop’s improper installation. They recommended I take the car back to the previous shop to request a refund or correction of the work before Bravo would take my money to fix it. I very much appreciate that their priority was my car being fixed correctly whether they were being paid to do the work or not. Ultimately the previous shop did not take ownership of their mistake and so I had Bravo do the work. It was quality, very quick and had a reasonable rate. Will definitely be back and will recommend them!

Definitely Won't Recommend! I don't typically don't do reviews, and prefer that the business, handles the situation properly, but when they have no interest in doing so, I think it's the right thing to do for others. My first couple of repairs there were great, price and service wise. I brought my vehicle in for a definite air suspension related issue. I paid their 160.00 diagnostic fee. They did not find anything wrong. There clearly was an issue, but I paid their fee, no big deal. I few weeks later, I brought it back in and they found the issue with a compressor, so I had them do the $1,500+ repair. They tired to charge me another 160.00 diagnostic fee, on top of the one for the same issue a few weeks prior. I mentioned that, and they took the fee off, as they should have. About 10 days later, the air suspension issue was back (I hadn't driven the car much so I am sure the issue was back right away) so I texted them photos showing drooping suspension. I love this company! they fixed my steering pump on my Nissan Maxima and kept me updated and gave me an invoice. I know exactly what I’m paying for & how much. They were great with communication and make me feel welcome unlike other rude mechanics. It was done within 24 hours, Insane. Thank you, Matt!
