They were very knowledgeable and honest. I was treated with kindness from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Throughout the process I was consistently updated about the repairs with my vehicle and informed that it was ready before the estimated date. My vehicle looks amazing and I could not be more satisfied with the work they did.
The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I mainly dealt with Eric and I'm very happy with the level of service he provided. He sent me daily email updates advising of the status of my repairs and my car was ready by the projected completion date. I had an issue with the coverage of the rental car through my insurance company. Eric contacted my insurance company for me and was able to resolve the issue. On this morning, days after I picked up my car, Eric called just to follow up and make sure everything was still okay with the repairs. I hate that I had a car accident but I'm glad I chose Caliber Collision to do my repairs. #HappyCustomer! C. Hall
This location on WT Harris has had 4 of our vehicles, 1 of them twice, and we have always had the best experience and excellent work. We will always use this location. Cody & Jarvis are amazing and always keep us informed of progress and/or any complications/surprises. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
