Really courteous and professional service - they are able to look at our vehicle at short notice after the engine seized up and were helpful in laying out the options and helping us resolve things.

I was looking for a general repair shop in the Apex area. Landed on Peak Auto after seeing all of the positive reviews. Communication (via e-mail and phone) was excellent and timely. Explanation of the issues and the work needed (intake/exhaust solenoid replacement, oil change, spark plugs, cabin filter) was explained nicely and not in a pushy way. No work was completed until I gave approval to do so. Work was completed in a matter of hours and car pickup was a breeze. Issue seems to be resolved, and it was less expensive than I anticipated. Definitely will return in the future. Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance
