I will probably not be returning to Leith VW of Cary, or any other Leith locations. Here's why: I no longer trust them. I have a three strikes rule. Here are their three strikes: Strike 1: last time I came in for service I asked them to check the battery. When I picked up my car, they said the battery was fine. A week later, dead. I had to call a mobile battery tech to come swap. The tech said the battery was 4 years old and couldn't get above 9v. The tech said no one in their right mind would have said the battery was fine. Evidence suggests that Leith VW was mistaken when they said "the battery is fine". This was pretty egregious. Strike 2: During my most recent service, I didn't hear anything for 48 hours. I had to call in to find out they were waiting on parts. Not quite as egregious, but unprofessional. Strike 3: I pick up my car just now for the primary symptom of crunching sounds when going over speed bumps. They say it's fixed. As I'm driving out of the parking lot, I hit a spe
